Something Beautiful Come February 14th

We’re all used to receiving mysterious cards, boxes of chocolates, bunches of flowers and even cute teddy bears on Valentine’s Day but as with every occasion, it’s always nicer to receive something a bit unique. You don’t have to be planning a proposal to push the boat out and treat your special someone to a February 14^th to remember. Of course, Valentine’s Day isn't all about couples. It’s about celebrating love in general and therefore, it can be used as another excuse to show someone how much they’re appreciated in your life. You may argue that you do this every day of the year and that love shouldn't have one day in 365 dedicated to it but doesn't it make it a bit more special if it’s not a daily occurrence? We all know that we don’t always show how much we love our nearest and dearest, so this is the perfect opportunity to make a conscious effort to brighten up someone’s day.

Why be a bitter singleton when you can have a much-needed catch-up dinner with your single friends? If you feel like burning your exes stuff in a party afterwards then so be it but make sure you feel and acknowledge all the love that you’re lucky enough to have!
